Oi WiFi is a service that allows you to access Oi's wireless network, which is available in various locations such as airports, hotels, restaurants, cafes, stadiums, tourist attractions, and big events sponsored by Oi. With millions of hotspots across Brazil, the network continues to expand.

Who can access it?

• Premium Access: If you are an Oi customer with an eligible plan* for Oi WiFi or have purchased a pass, you can access the network without additional advertisements.
• Access with Publicity: If you are not an Oi customer or don't have one of the eligible plans, you can still connect to Oi WiFi on your device but will experience additional advertisements while connected. Simply choose the "access with publicity" option to start browsing. It's free and available for everyone.

The App:

The Oi WiFi app is an essential tool for staying connected. Download the app, and it will handle everything for you. Once you validate your access for the first time, the app will automatically detect the Oi WiFi network within range of your smartphone and connect you. You can also use the app to find the closest hotspots on a map or search for a specific location. We continuously incorporate new functionalities and improvements to make your experience even better.

We aim to promote interaction among users. Facilitating connections and interaction is one of Oi WiFi's core missions. We believe that connecting people leads to new possibilities.

Intelligent login:

With the Oi WiFi app, you can simply enter your phone number and let the app handle the rest. Forget your CPF/ID number? No problem, we'll send you an SMS reminder. And if you ever forget your password, you can easily recover it using the app.

Facebook login:

Link your Facebook account once, and all your future access to Oi WiFi will be simple without the need to log in through the portal or remember a password. Rest assured that we will never post anything on your timeline ;)

Ongoing evaluation:

We value your opinion and strive to improve our services continually. You may receive a request to evaluate us through a notification. We welcome compliments, suggestions, and feedback to enhance our product. We also keep a close eye on Google Play reviews.
